We have storage units ranging in size from 1-50m2, so it doesn't matter whether you only want to store individual files or a complete file archive with us. Each storage unit is individually alarmed and concealed from view and the facilities are video monitored. You and your employees have access to your Zebrabox 365 days a year, even 24/7 on request.

Our sites are optimally designed for self storage and enable effortless loading and unloading of your files / goods. This includes trolleys, pallet trolleys, goods lifts, wide aisles and generous loading zones.
Different types of archive storage
Active archive
An active archive is regularly managed, so access to the files is always guaranteed. There may be a workstation for smaller tasks, such as packing, stapling, copying etc. It is important to allow sufficient space for moving around and to plan passageways so that all files are always accessible.
Passive archive
This is a "closed" archive. Therefore, no more files are added and, in general, none are taken out. The legal retention period of ten years makes passive archives a necessity. With external archive storage, Zebrabox offers the optimal solution to allow you to make full use of your office space. If required, when a company is liquidated, the passive archive can be paid for in advance and stored for 10 years. At the end of the retention period, data protection-compliant disposal can also be organised immediately.
Historical archive
This archive includes documents relating to the company's foundation as well as special or historical contracts from the company's history. These documents often have sentimental value and are archived outside the actual legal retention requirements. To keep valuable business files in top condition, constant and dry room conditions are key.
